Vénus New Return and Exchange Policy

1. Clothing Return Process:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Luxury Vénus purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please carefully read the terms and conditions below to ensure a smooth return process:

• Please submit your return request within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
• All return items must be in pristine condition, unworn, and unwashed.
• The merchandise must be returned with its original tags and packaging to facilitate inspection and processing.
• Returns due to personal preferences will not be accepted.

2. Return Assessment and Refund:

• All return items will undergo a preliminary review, and our comprehensive evaluation process typically takes 20-30 business days. After the final assessment, refunds or account credits for gift cards will be processed within 30 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee a 100% full refund or gift card points redemption. In the event of any discrepancies in the initial evaluation, customers may have the option to appeal twice, ensuring consumer rights protection.

3. Return Rules:

• Special condition items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• A flat rate return shipping fee of $20.00 USD will be charged for each return.
• A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.

4. Return Procedure:

• Please fill out the return request form and include a video and photos of the returned item(s), showcasing the product’s appearance, packaging condition, and any defects or damages. Submit these materials to info@luxury-venus.com or through our customer service chat system.
• Upon receiving your return request and media files, we will conduct a thorough inspection and review.

5. Shipping Costs and Taxes:

• All shipping costs and related taxes for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Agreement Form for Customer Product Return and Exchange:

Please download and print the [Luxury Venus Customer Product Return and Exchange Agreement] from the file link at the bottom of this article. Fill in the agreement following the instructions and sign it. Scan the signed agreement as an electronic file and upload it to the official website mailbox info@luxury-venus.com. Additionally, mail the printed agreement along with the returned item(s). Failure to follow the specified return and exchange procedures may result in the rejection of your application to ensure the protection of both parties’ rights.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
